General Policies

- No upchargeing shipping.  What I pay, is what you pay.

- No refunds due to sizing issues.  Please check, or ask, for a size chart if not posted.

- Please check all aspects (spelling, etc) of custom designs when the design is sent for acceptance.

- There are no refunds on custom items.

- If a design error is found after acceptance & production, I will work with you to correct it.  A re-make fee will be applied to cover additional materials.

- If a production error is made, I will remake the item to your satisfaction.

- If you are not satisfied with an item, please let me know.  We'll work together to make sure you are.
